The Rashtriya Janata Dal on Monday requested a CBI investigation into the assault instances of 44 young ladies living in a state-run protect home in Muzaffarpur area of north Bihar.

The asylum home Seva Sankalp Evam Vikas Samiti situated on Sahu Road in Muzaffarpur was under the Social Welfare Department.
